Robot project - A.R.T.

Abstract

A.R.T. - Aoutonomous Robot with Telecontrol - was planned to be a autonomous, mobile robot which has a radio control interface. This should make the robot a part of the "normal" network. On that way it should be able to monitor and control the robot via Internet.
I did that project when I was studying computer science at the Fachhochschule Darmstadt. The project gave me the ability to use my skills I got from XR1. We attempted to use "ready to use" components. For the drive we used a MOSFET amplifier which is normally used for RC cars.
The project is now done by Manfred Pester (m.pester@fbi.fh-darmstadt.de).
